The Regional Link

The Regional Link is South Central Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commision's (or SCIRP&DC) quarterly newsletter transmitted primarily by email and through this page on the Commission's website.  Our purpose in offering this newsletter centers on our desire to maintain a more consistent and beneficial “line of communication” with our local elected and appointed public officials, our civic leaders, our financial community, our sister regional organizations and the state and Federal elected officials and agencies that play an important part in shaping our economic future.
