Planning Services

As its name implies, the South Central Illinois Regional Planning and Development Commission has been charged by its constituent local governments with the responsibility of spear heading the provision of "planning services" particularly in instances where the subject matter or related problems to be addressed are best dealt with at the area-wide or regional level.

Examples of planning-related documents recently completed by the Commission's professional staff include:

• Regional Outdoor Recreation Plan;
