As the current Chairman of the South Central Illinois regional Planning and Development Commission (SCIRP&DC), let me extend to you a "personal welcome" to our web site. We have attempted to design our web site with you in mind and hope that you find it to be both an informative and useful tool for communicating general information about our regional organization and its mission on behalf of the local leadership within the Illinois counties of Clay, Effingham, Fayette, Jasper and Marion.
